Common questions

How does the free trial work? ›
Every trial starts with 100 free LLM calls and a 14-day window — no credit card required. You get a real API key immediately after signing up. If you go over 100 calls or need more time, just reach out and we'll extend it. Most teams are in production within a day.
Can I change plans later? ›
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Scale (or downgrade) at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference. Enterprise moves to an annual contract — talk to us before switching.
What counts as an LLM call? ›
One LLM call = one record ingested via POST /api/v1/ingest. This maps directly to one request you make to any LLM provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Batch ingestion counts each item individually. Internal health checks and test calls from our dashboard are not counted.
Do you offer annual billing? ›
Yes — annual plans come with 2 months free (effectively ~17% off). Contact guardlayer@polsia.app to switch to annual billing on Starter or Scale. All Enterprise contracts are annual by default.
